FOREGROUND GREENERY OVERLAYS II
Expand your natural framing repertoire — with Foreground Greenery Overlays II!
The second collection in the Foreground Greenery series brings you 31 new handcrafted foreground overlays: leafy branches, delicate twigs, ferns, and grasses—completely new motifs, with the same variety of directions and natural green tones as Pack I. Whether you're building your first foliage frame or expanding your existing library, this pack will give your compositions fresh material.
Diverse selection
This pack contains 31 handcrafted foreground overlays: leafy branches reaching into the frame, delicate evergreens, ferns, and grasses—from all directions and in a rich variety of natural green tones. All with a transparent background and in high resolution for flawless results, from social media posts to large-format prints.
Unlimited creativity
Scale, rotate, and mask the overlays as you like. Adjust the opacity or add a personal touch with a tint. Advanced users can further refine the overlays with effects like blur, motion blur, or color adjustments – for realistic or artistic results. The possibilities are endless!
Here's what you can expect:
- 31 different overlays: branches, twigs, ferns and grasses that protrude into the image from above, from the sides, from the corners and from below.
- Full uncompressed PNG-24 quality: You receive the original files in maximum quality — flawless even on the largest canvases and prints.
- Transparent background: easily inserted into any photo without additional editing
- Universally compatible with most image editing programs and apps that support layers.
- Deliberately sharp: The overlays are intentionally not blurred — so you retain full control over the depth effect of your image.
Application:
Open your photo in Photoshop or another app that supports layers. Import the desired Foreground Greenery Overlay as a new layer into your project and position and scale it at the edge of the image—the overlays look wonderful in front of your scene, but you can also partially mask them behind objects for an even more integrated look.
To seamlessly integrate the green into your image, adjust its colors and tones. In Photoshop, tools like Selective Color, Hue/Saturation, and Color Balance can help you harmonize the overlay with the light and mood of your photo. Alternatively, use Photoshop's automatic harmonization feature. In Luminar Neo, you can achieve the same result using the Develop module and its color adjustments.
Tip:
For a natural depth-of-field effect, you can blur the overlay: In Photoshop, a Gaussian blur on the overlay layer instantly creates the soft, dreamy foreground look of a wide aperture. Alternatively, you can also create lens blur on the finished composite in Camera Raw.
In Luminar Neo, you can add blur directly to the overlay layer—or merge the layers and apply a lens blur/bokeh effect for an even more realistic result. Experiment with blending modes and opacity for subtle effects, apply your color grading to the finished composite—and of course, combine multiple overlays on separate layers for a denser frame. The possibilities are endless!
Want even more variety? The Foreground Greenery Overlays I add 27 more designs to your collection — both packs are completely complementary, with no duplicates.
Note that the foliage in this collection was AI-generated — each overlay was manually isolated and carefully refined in Photoshop and Camera Raw.
